Coaching is based on trust first and foremost. Our sessions are confidential. I will offer concrete advice and set goals with you over the course of our sessions.

Coaching is not a replacement for therapy. It works well as a complement to therapy, or as a sole source of support if there is no need for therapy.

I am familiar with heavy trauma (see list) so you are welcome to share but I will encourage you to find a practitioner who is trauma-trained, if need be.

With me, you are not a patient, the setting is less formal and the language used is non-pathologising.

I work with people from all over the world, with different timezones and cultural backgrounds. The sessions can be video calls or audio calls, this is up to you.

During the first meeting we will identify the areas of your life that you would like to work on and I will guide you through these changes.

You are free to schedule sessions at your convenience.
